Stayed for 1 day and did n't want to leave, I will be back. Loved a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini bar fridge in the room. The location was magnificent, not too far away from Priest pointview.

The hotel staff was not very good.

We loved the central location and how exceptionally clean the place was kept. Good service, even though a few employees were not so good.

We loved this hip new hotel. It was in a central setting near by shopping mall. We could drink something at Kua - The Chefs' Table, located 1 mi away.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

Solid hotel, I loved its central location not far from restaurants and a mall and supermarket.

I would recommend this hotel, and definitely want to stay in that area again if and when I visit Monterrey. During my stay staff were happy to help.

The staff was really friendly, the room was non-smoking and luxurious, the view was particularly good. Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room, it worked well for me. Excellent breakfast, fantastic service. There also was free parking and great pool.

Nonsmoking rooms, varied breakfast with lots of food, welcoming staff. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, a safe and a seating area.

Our favorite place to stay in Monterrey. Neat & huge venue, exceptional views. Lots of supplies in the room: complimentary WiFi, netflix and two TVs. Lovely beds for a good sleep. Perfect service everywhere too.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, I loved it. Central location, within walking distance of Museo del Obispado. I slept so comfy in the really comfy bed. The staff was so very professional. Well, free WiFi was available throughout the property.
